Refund Policy

At JFT Guru (operated by Tech Bato Pvt. Ltd.), we want to ensure you are satisfied with our practice platform. However, because our products are digital goods delivered via the Internet, we generally offer a restrictive refund policy.
1. General Refund Terms
Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. To be eligible for a refund, you must submit your request within 24 hours of your purchase.
2. Eligibility for Refund
You may be eligible for a refund if:
- You have not accessed any premium mock tests or practice sets since the time of purchase.
- There was a technical error on our end that prevented you from accessing the service and we were unable to resolve it within 48 hours.
- You were charged multiple times for the same transaction due to a technical glitch.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally non-refundable:
- Trial Plan (7 Days): Due to the low cost and immediate access nature of this plan, it is strictly non-refundable.
- Accessed Content: If you have started or completed even one premium mock test, you are no longer eligible for a refund.
- Subscription Renewals: Payments for subsequent months after the initial purchase are non-refundable. Please cancel your subscription before the renewal date if you do not wish to continue.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us via our Contact Page with the following information:
- Your Registered Email
- Transaction ID
- Reason for the refund request
5. Processing Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days and will be credited back to your original payment method via our payment provider, Dodo Payments.
